A non-refundable £50 deposit per week or part thereof is required per unit to secure your booking.

The balance of the holiday is payable one month before the holiday date.  If the balance is not received by this date, Ivy Farm Holiday Park reserves the right to cancel your booking without further notification, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Holiday cancellation insurance is recommended.  If a booking is cancelled less than a month before your holiday, no refund will be given except in the event of ill health in which case the balance will be refunded but the deposit forfeited on receipt of a Doctors Certificate. If a booking is cancelled more than one month before the holiday date, the balance will be refunded but the deposit forfeited.

Ivy Farm does not accept groups of all male or all female young people into any of our accommodation. This is a Company Policy.  Ivy Farm operates a zero tolerance policy. For the comfort & convenience of our caravan owners & guests we reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour of persons might impair the enjoyment, comfort & safety of other guests. Also verbal & physical abuse towards members of staff will not be tolerated & the guilty party will be removed from the premises.
