Barn Conversions

These delightful conversions are a mixture of brick, flint & timber construction. They are barns & out buildings which have been converted into luxury holiday homes, they are furnished & equipped to a very high standard. Each conversion has two or three bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. The kitchens are well equipped with a full size cooker & fridge & microwave oven. The conversions are heated throughout. Each has its own patio area with garden furniture & parking is just outside.

All barn conversions are available from 3.30PM on day of arrival & departure time is by 10AM on day of departure.

Electric & Gas meter readings taken on arrival & departure & charged as an extra.

A £50 deposit per week or part thereof is required on booking & the balance of the holiday is payable one month before the holiday date. We offer a 10% discount to senior citizens except during peak, bargain and winter weeks.

We provide duvets & pillows on all beds, you may bring your own bed linen or use our linen hire service. We offer an optional linen hire service - Charges are £8 per double pack & £5 per single pack, alternatively guests can bring their own bed linen. A linen pack contains a duvet cover, sheets & pillow cases (towels not provided). This service can be booked in advance.

Available for hire throughout the year except for January.

Short breaks (minimum 2 nights) are available from October until the week preceding Spring Bank holiday.

Why not consider a winter break or Christmas in our comfortable barn conversions, they are well heated and equipped to a high standard with duvets on all beds. Enjoy crisp winter walks over the hill of the farmland or on the beach. Do your Christmas shopping in the quaint little shopping centres of Cromer and Sheringham or pay a visit to the shopping malls in Norwich. Accommodation is trimmed up during December.
